PURPOSE:To realize a device which is inexpensive and easy to use, by providing a rotary roller in four corners of the bottom surface of an input substrate, connecting each roller in crossed form with one rope, and also fixing both ends of an X bar to a part or the rope, respectively. CONSTITUTION:A rotary roller 28 is provided in four corners of the buttom surface of an input substrate 1, each roller is connected in a crossed form with one rope 27, both ends of an X bar 3 are fixed to a part of the rope 27, and a pedestral 4 and the X bar 3 are moved in the directions of a Y coordinare and an X coordinate by use of a contrl 8, and are set to an optional position. On this pedestral 4 and the X bar 3 is provided an X and Y coordinate primary means by a mechanical slide contact, and the extent of movement (X coordinate) of the pedestral 4, and the extent movement (Y coordinate) of the X bar 3 are detected. |
