PURPOSE:To omit the installation of a specific communication network according to the arrangement of a fixed station by disposing the fixed station of a mobile communication system without generating inconvenience for a subscriber by utilizing one residual unrequired information channel by a subscriber. CONSTITUTION:The telephone set 5 of a communication network subscriber is connected to the information channel on one side out of two information channels included in a fundamental interface at a point T, and the mobile radio fixed station 6 of a communication network entrepreneur is connected to the information channel on the other side. Ordinarily, it is enough to use one telephone set by the communication network subscriber in a general home. Therefore, the effective utilization of resources can be realized by using the unrequired information channel as the one for mobile radio fixed station by the communication network entrepreneur, and also, a large number of mobile radio fixed stations can be disposed with small expenses.
