PURPOSE:To surely prevent the oscillation of a differential device due to reaction force by connecting the differential device to a fitting surface nearly orthogonal to the peripheral direction of a drive shaft, extending left and right from the differential device, out of strength members, positioned in the perimeter of the device, via a connecting member. CONSTITUTION:The input shaft side end part of a speed change gear 3 is connected to the rear end part of an engine 1, whose output shaft is extending in the fore and aft detection of a body, via a clutch 2, a transfer 4 is liked to the rear end part of the speed change gear 3, and a differential gear 5 is offertly arranged on the right side to the output shaft of the differential device 5 on the lower side part of the engine 1. In such a power train structure, the gear 5 is fixed by using a connecting member 11 having at least three faces seating on the right side surface of a cylinder block 1b of the engine1, the front end surface 2a of the clutch 2, and the upper surface of the differential gear 5 respectively. The front end surface 2a of the clutch 2 is used for a fitted surface nearly outhogonal to the peripheral direction of drive shafts 7R and 7L.
