<p>PURPOSE:To improve introducibility of a liquid into the side of an absorbing core material and drying property of a surface with limited return of the liquid by a method wherein a heat welding film made opaque with a specified measuring temperature and specified heat shrinkage is welded with a heat welding thin unwoven cloth, fine pieces extruded through pores when numerous fine pores are made on a film surface are sunk from the film surface at almost a center position of a pore part perforated finely to be welded thermally on the nonwoven cloth to form a circular clearance through which the nonwoven cloth is exposed between an internal periphery of the pores and an external periphery of the fine pieces. CONSTITUTION:A heat welding film 1 is 4-20% in heat shrinkage at a temperature of 70 C. A heat welding nonwoven cloth 2 herein used is preferably made of synthetic fiber the same in quality as the film at a part of the surface thereof. When the film is made of polyethylene, preferable is a thin nonwoven cloth with a unit weight of 25-40g/m obtained by heat working of a web of a composite fiber with a sheath thereof made of polyethylene and a core component made of polypropylene or polyethylene. To cut fine pores 3, the composite sheet is passed between a pair of rollers comprising a drilling roller and a smoothing roller which have numerous small protrusions having a top face shaped in a truncated cone or the like on a circumferential surface thereof.</p> |
