PURPOSE:To optionally select and apply the desired management and to attain the reduction of cost by transforming the sales management processing operations of a sales management system into the subsystems for each management contents and transferring the necessary data among these subsystems. CONSTITUTION:A production means X1 of a sales management subsystem X produces an updating record to update a stock management file based on the inputted sales data. A storage control means X2 of the system X stores the updating record produced by the means X1 into a prescribed file. Meanwhile a reading means Z1 of a stock management subsystem Z reads out the updating record stored in the file by the means X2. Then an updating means Z2 of the system Z reduces the quantity of the corresponding commodity stored in a stock management file based on the updating record read out by the means Z1. |
