摘要 PURPOSE:To easily grasp the three-dimensional positional relation of the estimated electric current dipole for the brain surface structure by synthetically displaying the small three- dimensional image which represents also direction, in correspondence with the estimated electric current dipole on the three-dimensional image representing the brain surface structure. CONSTITUTION:The brain magnetic field is measured, and the positional relation for the head part of the measurement point is measured by a position measuring device 23, and magnetic flux density distribution is measured under the distinct position relation. While, the relation between the magnetic flux density distribution and the tomographic image is grasped from the images, etc., of the characteristic points of the head part which are developed on the tomographic images by an MR image pick-up device 21. The electric current dipole is estimated on the approximate model of the head part which is prepared from the tomographic image by a calculation processor 25. The three-dimensional image which represents the brain surface structure is prepared from the image of the brain which is obtained from the tomographic image by a three-dimensional image preparing device 26 for encephalon, and a small three-dimensional shape image which represents also the direction is prepared in correspondence with the electric current dipole estimated by an electric current dipole image preparing device 27. The above-descried to images are synthesized and displayed. Accordingly, the three-dimensional position relation of the estimated electric current dipole for the brain surface structure can be grasped easily.
