METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCTION OF POWDERY ARTICLE

PURPOSE:To obtain a mixture stable in quality by a method wherein dry materials in at least two kinds to be pulverized are preconditioned into a size of at most 5mm square, the difference in bulk specific gravity between such materials is set at a value of at most 0.9 and these materials are pulverized in a mixed condition. CONSTITUTION:A predetermined quantity of spice materials weighted in storage hoppers 7a-7d by a movable scale 8 at a time is supplied to pulverizing process after a homogeneous mixing thereof by a blender 10. The spice materials are pulverized by a high-speed crushing machine 9 into a size of at most 5mm with a homogeneous mixing. The roughly pulverized spice materials are fed between the rollers 1A and 1B of a first rolling machine 1 for pulverization. The spice materials are sifted through a first shifter 21 and the particles thereof separated by passage therethrough are supplied through a first product passageway 3 into a storing device 11. The spice particles remaining in the first shifter 21 are fed between the rollers 2A and 2B of a second rolling machine 2 for pulverization. The spice materials are shifted through a second sifter 22 and the particles thereof separated by passage therethrough are supplied through a second product passageway 5 into the storing device 11. The spice particles remaining in the second shifter 22 are sent back through a second pulverization passageway 6 to the second rolling machine 2 for pulverization.
