<p>PURPOSE:To make the above equipment have long service life even when it is a large capacity and attachable/detachable to a computer by providing a deciding circuit to make a switch on/off by receiving a command from an external equipment. CONSTITUTION:The electric change of a photoelectric conversion element 13 is stored in a capacitor 14, the power of it is supplied to an SRAM 11, when the above equipment is connected to a computer 30, a switch is opened and a switch circuit 18 is closed, when it is disconnected from the computer 30, the switch circuit 18 is opened and a switch 15 is closed. Even when the SRAM 11 comes to be a large capacity, the power can be supplied from the capacitor 1 normally semi-permanently and data stored in the SRAM 11 are not lost. Besides, since a ROM 12 is provided, the especially important data such as a program and the like are not erased. An IC card can be attached/detached easily to the computer 10 and the operability of it is good. Besides, since the switch circuit 18 is provided, electrostatic noise is not given to the SRAM 11 and the ROM 12.</p> |
