The vehicle heating or air conditioning system has two separate air duct flaps (2), controlled by a single shaft (7), whose ends (8) have a non-round profile, that cooperates with contact surfaces (12) of a radially open recess (6). The recess is formed on each flap axle (5), to prevent their relative rotation. At least one clip (10) on each recess expands, when the shaft is pressed into the recess, and then springs back to lock the shaft in place.
