PURPOSE:To alleviate the difference of thermal-expansion coefficient for the purpose of enabling the prevention of the exfoliation or crack of an insulating ceramic layer, by interposing a ceramic layer whose coefficient of thermal expansion is in the intermediate range between those of a conductor part and an insulating ceramic layer therebetween. CONSTITUTION:Copper or aluminum is preferable for a conductor part 1, MgO or ZrO2 for a ceramics layer 2, Al2O3 or SiO2 for an insulating ceramics layer 3. Examples of these combinations are shown in Table 1. And the thickness of the ceramics layer 2 is preferably thinner than that of the insulating ceramics layer 3 in order to increase the flexibility of the ceramics-covered insulated wire, and ceramics of the ceramics layer 2 may dispense with insulating characteristics on condition that its coefficient of thermal expansion is in the intermediate range between those of the conductor part and the insulating ceramics layer 3. |
