PURPOSE:To achieve a suitable device for an APC circuit for a playback system of a VTR, by shifting either one phase of input signals by a given amount with an output obtained through the detection of a specific phase difference of the input signal. CONSTITUTION:A pair of input signals Sv, Sr are applied to a detection circuit 30 detecting the phase and frequency differences to form a detected output St proportional to the phase and frequency differences. This detected output St is applied to a detection circuit 40 of specific phase difference, and either one phase of the input signals Sv, Sr (for example, reference output Sr from a reference oscillator 2) is shifted by a given amount by the output Sm obtained through the detection of specific phase difference between the input signals Sv and Sr. |
