PURPOSE:To stably and finely plot contour lines by defining brightness in the contour line picture of picture elements from the scalar value of the respective picture elements, the scale of a grade, the scalar value to plot contour lines and the thickness of the contour line on a picture. CONSTITUTION:A picture that a scalar value is found every picture element is prepared as preprocessing and the picture to store the scale of a grade every the picture element is prepared by working a linear differential operator. The brightness of the contour line picture in the picture elements is defined from the scalar value of the respective picture elements, the scale of the grade, the scalar value to plot contour lines and the thickness of the contour line on the picture. When the isopyctic contour lines are plotted on the picture, the handwriting-like illustration picture can be obtained easily by setting a curved surface coordinate system equivalent to latitude and longitude on a tourus face, plotting the isopycnic contour lines by considering the coordinate value of it as a scalar field and applying them to a shadow part. |
