发明名称 INSERTION HOLE PUNCHING METHOD OF ALIGNMENT DEVICE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To make is possible to produce a number of insertion holes whose shapes and dimensions are identical to those of a punch and enhance its working accuracy by working the tip of the punch in shape identical to a desired shape of said insertion hole, thrusting the punch into an alignment board vertically, eliminating burr generated in the insertion hole from a punched hole, and hardening a surface layer which includes the interior of the insertion hole for enhanced hardening processing. CONSTITUTION:A punch 11 is prepared of materials, such as carbide-tipped alloy. The tip of the punch 11 is bored in the same shape and dimensions so as to meet with a desired hole shape and dimensions. A projection 15 is installed to the tip to cut a notch required for positioning for an end mill 13 during the punching work of a suction hole 4 required in the post processing. Then, the punch 11 is vertically thrust into an alignment board 5 made of aluminum to a specified depth and then extracted. The burr 12 produced on the edge of the insertion hole 2 is eliminated by means of chemical etching. The surface layer of the alignment board 5 is anodized-aluminum-processed, thereby forming an alumite layer 14 and further hardening the surface layer.</p>
