PURPOSE:To positively combine fiber-containing reinforced material and synthetic resin by leaving to stand a reinforced maternal made of carbon fiber, glass fiber, and the like into the holding part of a molding mold, and injecting thermoplastic synthetic resin into the cavity defined around the reinforced material. CONSTITUTION:First, a core l' is inserted into a rod l made of glass fiber or carbon fiber and the rod 1 is inserted into the holding part of a mold 3, and further, by injecting thermoplastic synthetic resin into the predetermined-shaped cavity 2' formed around the rod 1, a reel attaching stand 2 is insert-molded. Thereafter, when the rod 1 is taken out of the mold 3 and the core 1' is removed therefrom, the synthetic resin insert-molded around the rod shrinks while cooling through spontaneous heat radiation and firmly sticks to the rod l, resulting in forming a stable reel-attaching stand 2. |
