<p>PURPOSE:To laminate a small-size part having a complicated shape and to prevent the generation of scrap by providing a laminating head part integrally moving a roving material pressing and laminating roller, the pressure contact means bringing said roller into contact with a mold under pressure and a roving material cutting means along the mold. CONSTITUTION:The yarn-like roving material 15 impregnated with a resin drawn out of a roving material supply apparatus 25 is wound around a roving material pressing and laminating roller 5 and pressed to a laminating mold 32 by a pressure contact means 1 to be laminated to the mold 32 by the tumbling of the laminating roll 5 on the mold 32. The roving material reaches the end of a laminating range to be cut by a cutting means 9. Since the laminating head 31 integrally having the laminating roller 5, the pressure contact means 1 and the cutting means 9 is fixed to the moving means 30 moving the laminating roller 5 along the mold, the laminating roller 5 presses the roving material 15 to the mold 32 to tumble on the mold 32 while bonds the same to the mold 32 and is not separated even from a mold having a complicated shape. Since the roving material 15 is yarn-like, it can simply follow a developing surface having an S-shape or the lamination to an inclined surface.</p> |
