PURPOSE:To easily obtain an adhering strength equal to or more than that with the case of the surface treatment to an adhered part by applying an adhesive primer made of an air drying unsaturated polyester resin to the adhered part, drying the coated part, applying an adhesives to the adhered part and adhering the part. CONSTITUTION:A polypropylene-made diaphragm is used for a diaphragm for a speaker made of a olefin resin and an adhesives primer made of an air drying unsaturated polyester resin is applied onto the diaphragm by using a brush and the coated diaphragm is dried for two days at room temperature and fined quantity of a rubber group adhesives is applied on the primer and then a canvas is adhered thereon. The unsaturated polyester resin using maleic anhydride as a polybasic acid and using ethyleneglycol as a polyhydric alcohol is employed, a chlorostyrene is used for a vinyl monomer, and an accelerator of metal salt group of manganium and octyl acid is used for a polymerization accelerator to generate the air drying unsaturated polyester resin, which is used for the adhesive primer. |
