PURPOSE:To manufacture a uniform positive plate consecutively and efficiently by forming a positive pole back mix in a wet condition into sheets as reducing its moisture content by means of a heating roller, and press-fixing the sheets to both faces of a pole core material by means of a crimp roller. CONSTITUTION:Positive pole black mix in a wet condition is formed into two sheets by means of two pairs of heating rollers (A), (B), (C), (D). The spacing between the heating roller (A) and (B), and the spacing between the heating rollers (C) and (D) determine the thickness of each sheet 2 to be formed. The heating rollers (A), (B), (C), (D) form the positive pole black mix in the wet condition and heat it so as to reduce the moisture content in each sheets 2. Thus, the moisture content in each sheet 2 can be controlled by the temperature of the heating rollers. Then, the sheets which are formed by the heating rollers and have their moisture content adjusted are press-fixed to both faces of a pole core material 3 by means of crimp rollers (E), (F). In order to press-fix sheets 2 to both faces of the pole core material 3, the sheets 2 are positioned on both faces of the pole core material 3 so as to sandwich and make layers with the pole core material 3, and are supplied to between a pair of the crimp roller (E), (F). |
