<p>PURPOSE:To process an executing program in response to a selected menu item by setting and registering a machine included in an optimum network by means of a machine setting means in response to each menu item stored in a menu storage means. CONSTITUTION:When an operator performs a key input operation for start of a menu system through an input part 13, a CPU 11 performs the control operations based on a system program 14a and a menu program 14b stored in a ROM 14. Thus the data 16a, 16b... on the menus stored in a magnetic disk device 16 are evolved to a RAM 15 and then displayed at a display part 17. The CPU 11 waits for the key input operations carried out through the part 13. If it is decided that the operator operated an 'end' key, the data 16a, 16b... evolved to the RAM 15 are stored again in the device 16. Thus a series of menu processing operations are over.</p> |
