PURPOSE:To shorten delay time by displaying a picture with geometrical correction executed after receiving the picture signal by one screen part of an earth as the picture. CONSTITUTION:An orbit data signal S3 is read continuously in an orbit data detecting part 5 from among the above mentioned signals of the continuous scanning portion of 200 times from among stretched VISSR signals inputted to a weather satellite picture processor 3 and is added to a geometrical correcting parameter calculating part 6. Coefficients to change by the orbit and the position of a satellite among the coefficients of the coordinate converting formula of a picture element to correspond to the display method of a picture displayed in a display part 9 are defined as geometrical correcting parameters in the geometrical correcting parameter calculating part 6 and the geometrical correcting parameters are calculated in the geometrical correcting parameter calculating part 6 and are added to a coordinate converting part 7. The coordinate converting part 7 inputs the output signal from a picture data memory 4 and converts a display position on the screen of the display part 9 of the picture element is converted into the display position to correspond to the display method assigned by a control signal C3 to the respective picture elements to constitute a picture signal from the memory 4 by the converting program of the display method corresponding to the coordinate converting part control signal C3 and transmits it with the respective picture signals to the display part 9. |
