PURPOSE:To obtain the title noodles capable of readily loosening by simply being put through chilled water even if having been stored at relatively low temperatures, by spraying an emulsified composition of a medium chain fatty acid triglyceride on boiled noodles. CONSTITUTION:The objective noodles can be obtained by spraying an emulsified composition (O/W) of a medium chain fatty acid triglyceride (caproic triglyceride) on boiled noodles. |
