PURPOSE:To appropriately keep a distance between an eye and a displayed image and to prevent the fatigue of the eye and the failing of eyesight which occur because the distance between the eye and the displayed image is short by setting the optical power of an optical member and an optical path deflecting member at a proper value. CONSTITUTION:Image display light L reflected from the upper part of the inner surface of a combiner 7, where light reflectance is high, is clearly viewed by a person P using an OA equipment. Since the power of the optical member A is set at the proper value, at such a time, and the image is enlarged and displayed at a position which is about 30cm ahead of the person P, he(she) can view the large-sized image on a display surface from a position where the image is easily viewed by the eyes. Then, the person P can view a keyboard 6 through the lower part of the combiner 7, that is, a part where light transmissivity is high, so that he(she) can easily operate the keyboard 6. |
