PURPOSE:To realize arbitrary step driving by applying driving voltage sequentially onto an oscillator with a predetermined phase pattern and pausing application of driving voltage onto a predetermined oscillator for a predetermined time every half period. CONSTITUTION:When a gate circuit 110 is open, driving voltage is applied sequentially from a driver 104 onto the oscillator 108 of a stator 2 and a rotor 1 makes a rotary movement, step by step, in response to switching of driving voltage phase. When a step switching signal l, is L, all gate control signals are fixed at H and driving voltage from the driver 104 is entirely applied on the oscillator 108 thus performing one step driving. A transmission gate 143 is subjected to switching control to produce an output signal (q) having partially missed waveform. In other words, the oscillator A has a time interval during which driving voltage is not applied. It is true for other oscillation elements A', B, B', C, C'. |
