PURPOSE:To make it easy to pack and unpack a plant-packing box and securely prevent the bottom from falling out of the box by a setup in which, when the box is set up, erection boards are erected one at each of two opposite sides of the bottom board and pot-holding boards adjoining the erection boards are placed horizontally in the box and a first side board and a second side board are placed one over the other on the outer side of the erection board in such a manner as to allow the box to be freely opened and closed by means of the two side boards. CONSTITUTION:Side walls 2 and erection boards 13 are erected in such a manner as to enclose a bottom board 1. For the erection of the erection boards 13, the lower part of each of a first side board 7 and a second side board 8, the two side board being placed on both sides of the erection board, is extended into a triangular fold 7a, 8a consisting of a rectangular folded in two along a diagonal line 17. Each of the first side board 7 and the second side board 8 is folded to form a double wall placed on the outer surface of the erection board 13 in such a manner as to place the second side board 8 on the inner side of the first side board 7 so as to form a lateral closure with the first and the second side boards 7, 8 and the closure is secured by fitting fastening flaps 9 into slits 11. A plant pot 19 is mounted on the bottom board l and held immovable in the box by fitting the circular top of the pot in a hole formed by two pot-holding boards 15 each cut in an arc 14 at the edge. |
