发明名称 METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MEASUREMENT OF ELONGATION PERCENTAGE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To reduce or remove the influence of eccentricity of a rotary roll by making the angle of rotation per one measurement of an input side rotary roll integer times of 360 deg. in the measurement of elongation percentage found from the angle of rotation per the division of measurement for the rotary roll. CONSTITUTION:An input side pulse thinning circuit 40 which thins the output from an input pulse generator 20 and makes the angle of rotation required for one measurement of thinning in an input side pridle roll 12 integer times of 360 deg. and an output side pulse thinning circuit 42 with the same thinning rate are attached between the input side pulse generator 20 and an elongation percentage operator 28 and an output side pulse generator 26 and operator 28 respectively. The thinning rate X of an input side pulse thinning circuit 40 and an output side pulse thinning circuit 42 is expressed by X=Ip/(P.C) so that the angle of rotation required for one measurement in the input side pridle roll 12 is the integer times of 360 deg.. Where, IP is the number of input side pulses P is the number of output pulses of the pulse generator per one rotation of a motor and C is the ratio of rotational frequency of the motor to the pridle roll.</p>
