PURPOSE:To facilitate rough adjustment of the impedance of the strip line by selecting the connection among plural lead conductors leading to a major face of an insulator layer from plural different positions of the strip line. CONSTITUTION:Plural lead conductors 10 formed to lead to a major face of an insulator layer 5 from plural different positions of a strip line embedded in a dielectric layer 1 of multi-layer configuration and not connected to 1st and 2nd ground conductor layers 3, 4 are connected to a ground conductor layer 11 of the layer 5. The layer 11 is cut off by a laser, then the connection between the conductors is selected and the impedance of the strip line 2 is easily adjusted externally. |
