摘要 PURPOSE:To restrain the vibration of a machine tool with high accuracy by modulating current given to motor exciting coils to excitation strength synchronized with the rotation of a rotor and having the magnitude and phase difference corresponding to a centrifugal force in the superimposing form on controlling the respective coils individually. CONSTITUTION:A power amplifiers PA1-PAN are connected respectively to lead wires L1-LN respectively taken out of phase windings of a motor M, and the phase thetam and amplitude m of current supplied to each phase are preset to minimize the vibration of a main spindle device on the basis of a vibration alphadetected by a vibration detector VT for detecting the vibration of the main spindle device. The set phase and amplitude are controlled by a current controlling means CC on the basis of the fed-back vibration. On the basis of the phase thetam and amplitude m inputted from the current controlling means CC and a rotational position signal thetar detected by a rotational position detector SS for detecting the rotational position and speed of the main spindle, the respective phase current modulated for the respective power amplifiers are supplied by vibration control modulating means MC1-MCN.
