PURPOSE:To prepare the title film excellent in transparency, slipperiness, and flatness by forming a layer of a specific acrylic resin on a polyester resin film and stretching and thermally treating the film. CONSTITUTION:In preparing the title film by forming an acrylic resin layer on a polyester resin film (e.g. a polyethylene terephthalate resin film) and stretching and thermally treating the film, the acrylic resin layer is formed from an emulsion of an acrylic resin having a glass transition point of 20-80 deg.C (e.g. a methyl methacrylate polymer, or a mixture of a butyl methacrylate polymer with an ethyl acrylate polymer) and a particle size of 0.05-0.80 mum. |
