PURPOSE:To easily and speedily obtain correction data for each radioactive isotope element RI (energy of gamma rays) by using a minimum amount of RI by correcting the distortion of a position signal calculated by a position calculating circuit which calculates the incidence position of gamma rays of energy. CONSTITUTION:A correcting circuit 3 which corrects the distortion of the position signal from the position calculating circuit 2 corrects the distortion of the position signal from the position calculating circuit 2 by using position signal distortion correction data on gamma rays of plural kinds of energy and position signal distortion correction data on gamma rays of other energy found from said correction data by interpolation arithmetic. Consequently, correction data on each RI (energy of gamma rays) is easily and speedily obtained with a minimum use amount of RI and the camera is made effective even in environment where many kinds of RI differing in gamma-ray energy are used.
