PURPOSE:To perform hard copy only with simple designation without necessitating the design of a program by reading out only the word designated from record, performing the data accumulation of the designated word for each page, and hard-copying the result at the designated position in the page. CONSTITUTION:When reading out from a record storage means 1 by a record reading means 4 corresponding to the designated word set by a designation means 3, a calculation means 5 divides the record into outputtable page units by an output means 2, and the total value of the data of the designated word included by the record in each page. An output control means 6 arranges the data total value to the designation output position set by the designation means 3 to be outputted to the output means 2. Thus, the slip output device can be equipped with the cumulative output functions such as the page total value or the like, and the page accumulation can be hard-copied only by simple designation. |
