PURPOSE:To easily take out sludge having tackiness and solid from the inside of an evaporation oven by heating and concentrating waste liquid in the evaporation oven and separating it into water and solid. CONSTITUTION:Processing waste liquid E introduced into a tank 1 is sent to an evaporation oven 2 by evacuating the inside of the evaporation oven 2 by actuation of an exhaust pump 11 and opening a solenoid valve 4. The processing waste liquid is heated by a heating member 31 in the evaporation oven 2. Gas evaporated from the heated processing waste liquid is sent to a heat exhanger 8 via a pipeline 10 from a discharge port 32 of the upper part of the evaporation oven 2, condensed and contained in a liquid reservoir 12. On the other hand, the processing waste liquid is heated and concentrated by a heater 31 in the inside of a filter 24a of the evaporation oven 2 and sludge is formed. After treatment of prescribed amount, the mixture of sludge in the inside of the filter 24a and liquid is separated into solid and liquid. Waste liquid such as developing soln., water washing liquid and dead greasing processing liquid is included into the processing waste liquid to which this method is applied. |
