PURPOSE:To obtain a worked surface which inclines at an angle of high accuracy by providing a mechanical angle adjusting means which adjusts the angle of a fixed block between an oscillating supporting part and the fixed part of the fixed block. CONSTITUTION:A fixed block 1 revolves around an oscillating supporting part 3 by operating mechanical angle adjusting means 4a which adjusts the angle of the fixed block l. Thereby a fixed part 2 on which a block which consists of a magnetic head slider prior to machining or plural magnetic head sliders are stuck, inclines. Then, after the block which consists of the magnetic head slider prior to machining or plural magnetic head sliders are stuck to the fixed part 2, if the stuck side is adjusted to match the side of a fixed grinding surface plate, and the base of the block is push-pressed to the side of the grinding surface plate, and also the grinding surface plate is placed in working condition. A plain inclined at an angle determined by a mechanical angle adjusting means 4a, is formed on the surface of the block which consists of one magnetic head slider or plural magnetic head sliders. |
