PURPOSE: To improve the uniformity of a non-woven fabric by disposing a specific partition group for mainly distributing air in an inner fixed drum in which a horizontal slot is encaved, and covering the fixed drum with a rotary screen drum. CONSTITUTION: A take-off screen device for collecting fibers which are extruded from a melt-blowing die assembly, blown with hot air and then drawn comprises an inner fixed drum 21 and an outer rotary screen drum 22. The air inlet slot 27 of the inner fixed drum 21 is divided with partitions 31-39 into air inlets for divided chambers 41-48, respectively. Exit conduits 51-53 constitute the exits of the divided chambers 42-44, respectively, and the exit conduits 54-56 also constitute the exits of the divided chambers 45-47, respectively. Air is guided from the divided chambers to the conduit joints 25, 26 and then mixed in conduit-collected portions 25, 26. |
