PURPOSE:To temporarily fix a coil to a terminal and wind the coil around a bobbin, without interference of a winding equipment, by installing a pin for fixing the start point and the end point of the coil, so as to protrude on the outer peripheral surface of the bobbin. CONSTITUTION:A bobbin 10 is formed in a cylindrical type into which an iron core 17 is inserted. A pin 16 is positioned between a pair of terminals 12 and 13 arranged on one end, and protrudes from the outer peripheral surface of the bobbin 10. The terminal arrangement side of the bobbin 10 is retained by a winding equipment capable of rotating around the cylinder center. A coil start point is fixed to the pin 16, and temporarily fixed to one terminal. By rotating the winding equipment, the coil is wound around a winding trunk of the bobbin 10. After the end point of the coil is temporarily fixed to the other terminal, said point is fixed to the other pin 16, and the retaining of the bobbin 10 by the winding equipment is released. The temporarily fixed coil is fixed to the terminals 12, 13, and the coil is cut out at a part between the terminals 12 and 13. Further the pin is cut and eliminated. Thereby, when the winding equipment 18 sends out the coil toward the outer periphery of the bobbin 10, the coil is temporarily fixed to the terminals 12, 13 without interference of the winding equipment 18 and wound around the bobbin. |
