PURPOSE:To automatically and easily produce many kinds of noodles at the same speed at the time of boiling 'thick noodle' and 'thin noodle' by adapting the cutting quantity of cutting surface lines to the segmenting processing quantity, in a noodles boiling process for segmenting noodle lines into balls, and throwing the cutting noodle lines into a basket in a position corresponding to the boiling time peculiar to the cutting noodle lines. CONSTITUTION:Boiling hot water is stored in a boiling tank 1, a raw noodle line supply device 5 is contracted in the direction of a train of a basket 2 and stopped in a full line position, comparatively thick cutting noodle lines of a prescribed quantity are thrown into the basket 2 of an initial part (first), or by extending it to a virtual line position in the same figure, comparatively thin noodle lines of a prescribed quantity are thrown into the basket of a terminal part (fifth). The supply device 5 stops on the basket being in a suitable position, that is, in a position corresponding to the boiling time peculiar to thickness of the cutting noodle lines in accordance with thickness of the cutting noodle lines, and throws the cutting noodle lines into the basket concerned 2. They are thrown successively into the basket 2 and transferred to a basket elevator 7 from the final basket 2, and also, thrown into a ball dividing machine 3, and segmented into balls to a one-meal portion or a two-meal portion, etc. The processing capacity of this ball segmenting machine 3 is adapted to the cutting quantity of a raw noodle line cutting machine 4. |
