PURPOSE:To assemble the subject part at high speed by performing the molding of the electrode part in an electronic part, the connection of lead wires, the insertion of electronic part element, and the separation of a complete electronic part as a chain of processes while driving a winder to move a hoop material. CONSTITUTION:A hoop material 1 is pressed, at the section to form an opening 3, with a die of approximately the same size as an electronic part element 11 plus element electrodes 12 so as to form electronic part element receives 7 and 7'. Thus, supporting pieces 5 and 5', which has enough areas each to bear, at least, one part of the bottom of the element 11, and vertical parts 6 and 6', which range to the supporting pieces 5 and 5', are made at the receivers 7 and 7', respectively. Next, lead wires 8 and 8' are butted against the vertical parts 6 and 6', and welding currents are let flow to form weld zones 13 and 13', thus the vertical parts 6 and 6' and the lead wires 8 and 8' are connected. And the element 11 is set at the receivers 7 and 7', and this is passes through a solder furnace so as to connect them mechanically and electrically, and then by a dying press, the complete electronic part is separated from the hoop material 1. |
