PURPOSE:To obtain terminal fixation structure which has superior size stability and is hardly affected by heat by fixing plural optical fibers by a specific grooved jig, and performing the electroformation of optical fiber terminals in this state and fixing the optical fiber terminals at a time. CONSTITUTION:The grooved jig 5 have V grooves 6 which are arrayed. The optical fibers 2 are arrayed in the respective V grooves 6 and fixed by the grooved jig 5 and the electroformation of the terminals of the optical fibers 2 is performed in this state to fix the terminals of the optical fibers 2 at a time with the electroformed article 12. Further, the electroformed article 12 is made of metal with a small coefficient of thermal expansion and never shrinks as a result of the formation like a molding material when setting. Consequently, the terminal fixation structure which has the superior size stability and is hardly affected by heat is obtained. |
