PURPOSE:To enable insertion error into a printed-circuit board caused by scattering of a lead position to be reduced for improving insertion rate by allowing electronic parts to be transferred by a horizontal transfer path and by providing a means for correcting a lead of the electronic parts. CONSTITUTION:A detection pin 16 detects arrival of electronic parts at a position where parts are passed at a parts guide stand 6 which is located at a tip part of a horizontal transfer path 20 and the lead of the electronic parts at a position of the above position where parts are passed is positioned at a lead stopper 60. Then, a clamper 34 pressed the electronic parts at a position where parts are passed onto a parts guide stand 6 and each lead of the electronic parts which are located at the above position where parts are passed by a pair of rollers 46 which are moved in parallel to the parts guide stand 6 in this state. After correction, the clamper 34 is canceled and the electronic parts which are located at the position where parts are passed are taken out by an insertion guide 10, thus enabling insertion error when the electronic parts are inserted into a printed-circuit board at the insertion guide to be reduced and insertion rate to be improved. |
