摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a dielectric porcelain material, which exhibits a large Q-value and stable temp. characteristics, is equipped with adjustability for the temp. coefficient of specific dielectric constant and has a relatively large specific dielectric constant, by using a material of a specific composition equation having a specific molar fraction. CONSTITUTION:A material as embodiment of the present invention consists in the composition equation such that xBaO-yTiO2>>(1-m-n)Nd2O3-m(SrO.CeO2)- n(CaO.CeO2)], and the molar fractions of the components in the equation shall range as 0.10<=x<=0.25, 0.60<=y<=0.85, 0.05<=z<=0.30, 0<m<=0.80, 0<=n<0.80, x+y+z=1, and m+n<=0.80. It may also be done in the composition equation that less than 100mol% Nd2O3 is substituted with Sm2O3. The porcelain material shall contain no more than 3wt.% Mn2O3 as subsidiary component.
