PURPOSE:To control a rise in winding temperature by applying insulating treatment to the insert material of a nonmagnetic substance wherein the insert material is inserted in a part of the winding to mold in one body by an insulating material while the thickness of an insulating layer is thinned without losing electrical insulation. CONSTITUTION:When a metal insert 5 such as an end bracket mounting nut or the like is buried in a mold insulating layer, an insulating material 6 is provided on the surface of the insert 5 of a nonmagnetic substance to form an insert material 4 applied insulating treatment. After burying the insert material 4 in a part of a winding 2, the whole body is formed in one body by an insulating mold material. In this way the thickness of the mold insulating layer can be thinned and cooling effect will be increased and the reduction of costs will also be achieved. |
