PURPOSE:To prevent a useless dew formation from being generated in an indoor area by a method wherein a dew formation panel composed of liquid for absorbing moisture and a separating film for separating the absorbed moisture are provided between a moisture transmitting film and a cooling panel. CONSTITUTION:A moisture transmitting film not penetrating water but passing moisture therethrough, a cooling panel 3 and a dew formation panel composed of liquid absorbing moisture between the moisture transmitting film and the cooling panel are disposed. A separation film 4 for circulating the absorbed liquid and separating absorbed moisture is provided. Aqueous solution 2 of absorbing liquid is mixture of water and ethanol as one example. The separation film 4 separates the absorbed moisture to discharge it out of the system. Polytetrafluoroethylene modified film is used as one example of material quality. This film has a function for selectively transmitting water from water, ethanol mixture and separates the dew formed water. Circulation of absorbed liquid is carried out by a pump 5 and it is also possible to utilize a difference of specific weight of the absorbing liquid. |
