PURPOSE:To enable a plurality of light-emitting diodes to be arranged densely and a light-emitting diode lamp to be assembled by leading out a lead for external lead-out in a direction of array of the light-emitting diodes. CONSTITUTION:In a light-emitting diode 10, a lead for external lead-out 42b is arranged in a direction which is at approximately 45 degrees in reference to x axis and leads for retention 12a and 12b are arranged in y direction. Also, the same applies to light-emitting diodes 20 and 30. Then, leads for retention 12a, 12b, 22a, 22b, 22c, 32a, and 32b are cut at a location which is closest to a transparent resin 4 but their trance remains as lead-out parts 46a, 46b, 46c, 46d, 46e, 46f, and 46g. However, when arranging a plurality of light-emitting diode arrays in y-axis direction, each lead-out part is arranges so that these lead-out parts do not contact one another, thus enabling the light-emitting diode arrays to be placed density without worrying about short-circuiting at the lead- out part and enabling a light-emitting diode lamp to be assembled. |
