摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate a useless light emission of a flash and to obtain a power saving effect by deriving image magnification of a main object to be photographed in a field at the time of daytime synchro photographing which desires a catch light effect, and inhibiting a flash light emission in the case its image magnification is below a reference value. CONSTITUTION:A photometric optical system 101 executes photometry of a photographing area, and the defocus amount of an output processed by a photometric circuit 105 and a focused position detected by a fact that a field light by a photographing optical system 106 is led to a distance measuring circuit 110, is inputted to a microcomputer 115. This photometric value and the distance measured value are used for controlling a control circuit of flash light emission, exposure, and a lens. An exposure control circuit 113 executes the exposure control, and a lens control circuit 114 controls driving of a photographic lens 107. A flash light emission control circuit 117 controls a light emission timing of a flash 116, and when a catch light switch 121 is turned on, the exposure control in a catch light mode is executed. An image magnification changeover switch 122 switches the limit image magnification by a print size, and when the switch 121 is turned on, in the case of such an image magnification as a catch light effect is not generated, a warning LED 120 flickers and executes a warning.
