<p>PURPOSE:To effectively utilize a glaze-mixed powder as waste and to obtain a ceramic product such as paving stones sparingly permeable to liq. and gas by mixing a glaze-mixed powder by-produced in glazing a ceramic biscuit into an argil and firing the mixture. CONSTITUTION:A deposit in a glaze vessel which is produced when a biscuit is glazed to produce a ceramic such as roof tile and is good for nothing is recovered and dried to produce a glaze-mixed powder. The powder is mixed in argil and fired to produce a ceramic product such as paving stones. Meanwhile, the defective product generated when the roof tile, etc., are produced is crushed, mixed in argil along with the powder and fired to produce a ceramic product. The paving stones, etc., resistant to gas and rainwater and excellent in strength, durability, etc., are produced in this way at a low cost.</p> |
