PURPOSE:To enable a component to be mounted at a right position by a method wherein a detection means detects recognition marks, a computing means calculates the quantity of deviation of a board in position based on the positional difference between recognition marks and reference positions, and the mounting position of the component is corrected by a correction means. CONSTITUTION:The images of recognition marks 10 and 11 provided onto a board 2 are picked up by a board recognition mark imaging means, the image signals transmitted from an ITV camera 12 are converted into digital image data, and the center of the recognition marks 11 and 12 in a camera visual field is detected. The center of the recognition marks 11 and 12 in a camera visual field is converted into the original position coordinates of a device through a camera coordinate means, and the quantity of positional deviation of the board 2 is calculated through a board correction calculating means basing on the position coordinates of the images recognition marks 10 and 11 and the coordinates of the reference position. A position correction coefficient is transmitted to a control device 7 corresponding to the quantity of deviation concerned through a position correction coefficient transmitting means, and the mounting position of a component 3 is corrected in coordinates by the control device 7. |
