PURPOSE:To call an installation closest to a current position of its own automobile without need of any complicated operation by retrieving a nearby installation at a point of time of a call switch operation in response to an output signal of its own automobile location estimate means so as to read its telephone number. CONSTITUTION:A nearby installation is retrieved at a point of time of a call switch 4 in response to an output signal of its own automobile location estimate means 6 from stored data in a storage means 3 to read its telephone number. Thus, a troublesome operation that an installation closest to a current position of its own automobile is sought from a telephone directory or the like and dialing is made is needless and the switch 4 is used to call the nearby installation automatically in one-touch. Moreover, a display means 2 displaying each installation name as above is provided and the display content of the display means 2 is revised into the nearby installation name in response to a change in its own automobile position, then the installation name to be called when the switch 4 is operated is confirmed on a screen in advance.
