CONSTITUTION:In the case of tail wind, the rotary shaft 27 of a windmill faces the direction of a bow. Air force applied to the rotary shaft 27 at this time works in such a way as to rotate a first movable frame 21 and a second movable frame 25 counterclockwise around a horizontal shaft 14, and a contact point between a guide post 15 and a cam 23 supports this state. In the case of head wind, the first movable frame 21 is rotated by approximately 90 deg. clockwise around the horizontal shaft 14 and the second movable frame 25 is also rotated by 90 deg., so that the rotary shaft 27 faces upward and a hub 26 is rotated in the horizontal plane to reduce the resistance of head wind to a minimum. This state is supported by the contact between a bent part 22 and a guide cam 16.
