<p>PURPOSE:To enable an LSI chip not to induce a noise voltage in other LSI chips by a method wherein one of electrodes is directly provided onto a semiconductor substrate, and the other electrode is provided onto the former electrode through the intermediary of the dielectric insulating film of a capacitor which functions as a component part of a noise reduction filter circuit, and a part of the pair of the electrodes is made to serve as a power supply pad and a ground pad. CONSTITUTION:One electrode 2 is directly provided onto the periphery of the upside of a silicon board 1, and the other electrode 4 is provided onto the former electrode 2 through the intermediary of the dielectric insulating film 3 of a capacitor which functions as a component part of a noise reduction filter circuit, and a part of the pair of the electrodes is made to serve as a power supply pad and a ground pad.</p> |
