<p>PURPOSE:To discriminate how many people's voice is included in one frame by giving a delay control signal to a variable delay means so that a digital signal is generated at a time in a succeeding block frame. CONSTITUTION:An A/D converter circuit 2 digitizes an analog voice signal 1. A voice detection circuit 3 detects a voice start time based on an output signal of the circuit 2. Simultaneously, a delay circuit 4 delays an output signal of the circuit 2. When a subscriber sets a code signal to a caller control signal generating circuit 10, the circuit 10 generates a caller control signal 22. A bit location comparison control circuit 11 generates a caller control signal 22 and a variable delay circuit 12 delays a voice start time and further delayed by a delay circuit 13. After the signal 22 is generated, a tentative storage circuit 14 gives the caller control signal to a multiplexer circuit 15. The circuit 13 outputs the voice signal delayed based on the signal 18 to the multiplexer circuit 15. The circuit 15 multiplexes the voice signal and the caller control signal to send the result to a digital transmission line 16.</p> |
