PURPOSE:To manufacture a high-performance electrode by forming a circular recess on one half of the thickness of one roller, forming a circular sawtooth section on the other half, and allowing the circular sawtooth section to be inserted into the inside of the other roller. CONSTITUTION:A pair of roller-shaped perforating molds are provided, and nearly one half of the thickness is notched to form a circular recess 9 on the outer periphery of the metal disk 1 of one roller-sheped perforating mold (a). Cutting edges 10 with a single edge are intermittently provided on the outer periphery with a large diameter of the other half to form a circular sawtooth section. Multiple metal plates 1 are overlapped in the same direction and fixed to a rotary shaft 5 with holders 6. Many circular groove sections 7 to be inserted with the circular sawtooth section with cutting edges 10 of one mold (a) are formed on the periphery of the roller 8 of the other roller-shaped perforating mold (b). When this perforator is used, many fine holes are bored at a fine pitch, and the perforating ratio for an electrode pocket can be increased by 20% or above. |
