<p>PURPOSE:To prevent erroneous detection of two targets of high order echoes as a target of a primary echo by detecting a processing sequence by a relative speed correlation calibration as the order of range gate correlation calibration, and adding pair calibrating process during the period. CONSTITUTION:In a relative speed correlation calibrating process, presence or absence of correlation of relative speed of targets detected by pulse repetition frequency (PRF) 1, PRF 2 is decided. In the case of no correlation, the target is discarded, and in the case of correlation, the pair is registered. After all targets to be detected are processed completely, the number of pairs is decided, and if the number of the pairs having correlation is a set value (n) or more, the target is discarded. Accordingly, two targets of high order echoes are not detected. In the case of n pieces or less, a range gate correction is calibrated. In this process, the detected targets of the PRF1, PRF2 as a pair are extracted, and the presence or absence of the correlation is decided. If the deciding condition is not satisfied, the targets are discarded, while if the condition is satisfied, the presence of correlation is registered, and a distance is calculated. Thus, detection of an erroneous target can be prevented.</p> |
